RATES AND POLICIES

2021 Season: 3-One Bedroom Cottages-two persons $950/Weekly + 9% lodging tax.

Open Mid May through Mid- October, weekly Saturday to Saturday.

Deposit required-$200.00/week per cottage. Balance due upon arrival. Occupancy – 2 persons. Cash or check written to THOMPSON COTTAGES. Credit cards may used by booking through VRBO.

Furnished- including Linens, Cable TV, hairdryer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, etc. FREE WIFI. Check in 2PM---Check out 10 AM.

Cancellation policy: If a guest has made a deposit and needs to cancel the reservation, we will make every effort to re-rent. We have to

ask for payment in full if cancellation is within 30 days of rental.

We have a no smoking policy for inside the cottages. Canisters are provided for smoking outside.

SO SORRY---- NO PETS.
